All products are designed and made in South Africa. Some raw materials or components are sourced from suppliers abroad, while this may be the case we are constantly applying ourselves to find local suppliers for raw materials.

Since we are based online we provide a 2 day period from product arrival time for any orders to be fitted. If the item is not the right fit for you, the item/s need to be returned within the 2 day period excluding courier time and you will be granted a full refund. If any items are returned damaged structurally or stained we will not grant a refund.

If you are based in Johannesburg Gauteng, you can book a fitting directly with us or visit our stockist Zuri Box in Gardens Johannesburg.

Yes you can. However this would still classify as a custom order and we would need a 2-3 week lead time. The items price will also change depending on your choice of fabric or colour specifications.
