BLIZZARD AND BREEZE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed
- We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
- The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- The product has the incorrect size or specifications.
- Only if there is a manufacturing fault in pattern design or seam work, images of the product will have to be sent for quality assessment in order for a return of this nature to be considered. Any other damages will not be considered as Blizzard and Breeze utilises a courier and cannot be held liable for their handling conduct..
- When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated
- Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within five days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.
- The choices you have upon Returning the Product
- When a product is returned to us you can:
- Have the amount refunded to you.
- Have the product replaced/exchanged.

- All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to info@blizzardandbreeze.co.za setting out:

- whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

- Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
